Ready for an adventure? Our 2024-2025 camps are open for registration! Don’t miss out on P.A. Day Camps (limited spots), Winter Break, March Break, and Summer Camps, where kids dive into the world of rock climbing with expert instruction and tons of fun.

At Toronto Climbing Academy camps, kids will learn essential climbing skills, from tying knots and using Autobelays to mastering movement and balance. Through climbing, they’ll develop coordination, flexibility, and self-confidence—all in a safe, supervised, and exciting environment designed to bring out their best.

 

 

P.A. Day Camp

Full Day: $100/day 

*Harness/Shoes Rental $8 each

Camp Time: 9 am - 3:45 pm

 

Drop off: 8:55-9am

Pick up: 3:45 pm

 

Winter Break Camps

December 27 to 30 & January 2 to 5, 2025

Full Day (only weekdays) and 1.45hrs time slots available

A week-long camp offering kids the chance to learn the fundamentals of safe climbing, from knots and Autobelays to movement and balance. Kids develop coordination, motor skills, flexibility, and self-confidence in a supervised safe environment. Age from 6 - 16 years old.

 

Full Day: $100/day               (10-15 spots)      Time slots: $40/day               (5-10 spots)

Monday to Friday:       9 am - 3:45 pm 

 

Drop off: 8:55am - 9am

Pick up: 3:45pm 

12 noon - 1:45 pm

 Please bring dry running shoes to change into or you can rent climbing shoes ($8). 

 

Kids and Youth Training Courses

Winter Term: January 6 to March 9, 2025

Ages 5 - 16 years old

Give your child the chance to climb, learn, and grow with our Kids Training Courses (KTC)! Designed for kids and teens ages 5-16, these courses cover everything they need to know about safe and effective climbing, while building strength, confidence, and technique.

 

Our Winter session runs from January 6 to March 9, 2025 and includes professional coaching, comprehensive training, and fundamental climbing skills.

Please Note: Rental harnesses and shoes are available for an additional cost. A harness is required, and while climbing shoes are recommended, indoor shoes can also be worn.

NEW CHANGES FOR PARENTS = No Spectators allowed inside the TCA 

 

Drop-off

Please drop your child at the Front desk and check in.  Make sure your child has a completed waiver form.

If you need to fill out waivers you can use our Ipad stations or your own phone. Upon entering, please sanitize your hands and make sure to drop your child with one of our coaches. After signing your child in/dropping off your child, please leave the facility as we would like to leave the front desk clear for members and climbers to sign in. This would include no spectating your child climb from inside the gym (we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you) 

 

Pick-up

When picking up your child, please make sure to arrive on time and kindly wait in the designated area outside or in the party area inside.  Please do not go on the climbing floor, our coaches will bring your child to you. Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation.

 

Photography Disclaimer

Please note that photographs and footage might be taken throughout our Camps and Programs.  These will be used by the TCA for marketing, publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media.  Please let us know if you or your family members wish to be excluded from photography. 

 


 

COVID-19 Updates and Important Reminders

Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our staff and clients, especially under the current circumstances.  We have prepared the TCA with the latest COVID-19 policies and protocols as recommended by governments and health officials. (Click here for more information)

 

Important Reminders for kids and parents/guardians:

1. Prior to visiting our facility

a. If you are feeling sick or are experiencing any symptoms, do NOT come in to climb. Please stay home and quarantine accordingly. 

b. Sanitize/wash your hands when you arrive and leave as well as upon entry and exit of each zone. 

c. Bring indoor shoes or flip-flops as outdoor shoes will not be allowed on the gym mats and on the gym floor. 

d. Avoid gatherings and try and eat prior to arriving. 

e. Masks are Optional for climbers and staff. 

f. Bring a full water bottle. Water bottles must be kept in your bag/belongings (while not climbing)

 

DISCLAIMER AND AGREEMENT:

We strongly recommend to each participant/parent/guardian to read carefully the TCA new protocols and risk management policies.  Everyone enters the TCA facility at their own risk.  By entering the TCA facility everyone agrees to the following:

1. Is not sick or experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, and difficulty breathing.

2. Does not knowingly have COVID-19

3. Has not travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days

4. Has not been in contact with persons with COVID-19 or high risk areas in the last 14 days

5. Has not been in contact with someone who has travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days

6. In relation to the COVID-19, will follow protocols, recommended guidelines and laws, issued by Governments and Health officials of the province as well as facility policies, including wearing a mask at all times and practicing physical distancing.

7. In the event that the client/participant experiences any symptoms of COVID-19 including illness, cough, fever, shortness of breath and difficulty breathing will immediately:

          - Inform a TCA staff member

          - Leave the TCA and check out with a TCA staff member
