On Sunday, November 8th, we'll be re-(re-)opening our doors to the public! We want to thank you for your patience and cooperation as we’ve been going through these odd times. While you were gone, we’ve taken it as an opportunity to spruce up our protocols to ensure even more safety within our facility and community. You can read up on our updated Code of Conduct HERE.
Timeslots are now OPEN for booking and spots are very limited so book ASAP. For the easiest way to book and modify your booking, download the RGPro Connect app and connect to Toronto Climbing Academy.
Only masks are allowed within the facility, and they must cover your nose and mouth, and be secured under the chin. We will not be allowing scarves, buffs, or any other thinly layered face covering to be used. We will have disposable and reusable masks for sale on-site in the event that you need one!
There is a maximum of 7 people per zone within the facility and social distancing between parties will be enforced.
For monthly EFT members, we will be doing processing on November 15th so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to cancel or pause your membership.
While you were gone, we’ve taken it as an opportunity to spruce up our protocols to ensure even more safety within our facility and community. Now after booking your timeslots, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a personal self-assessment that everyone visiting the facility needs to complete on the day of prior to visiting us. This is just to keep you aware and make sure that you don’t have any symptoms that require quarantining or medical attention. We want to keep you as well as our staff and community safe, so please ensure to check the symptoms list and perform the self-assessment.
